AVISTA Medical Center is committed to keeping you and our employees safe. On February 3rd, 2020, we began early preparation for the COVID-19 virus. To avoid potential medical supply shortages due to the break in the supply chain, we ordered a years' worth of supplies and placed them into storage. We began training and preparing our staff for the potential of a severe outbreak. Today, we continue to find ways to improve your and our team's safety. We couldn't do any of this without our amazing employees!

Why No-Show and Late Cancelation Fees?

A long time ago, medical offices began "Double-Booking" appointments to counter "No-Show" appointments, because they denied "Essential-Care" to others. The immediate impact of double-booking made common the "Over-Booked Appointment" and 2-3 hour visits. Double and even triple booking appointments still happens today, but not at AVISTA Medical Center. AMC never double books and transmits to patients multiple reminders.

Simple Responsibility
AMC patients reserve their doctor appointment! In return, they accept a simple responsibility; cancel your appointment on time. That's it!

Just let us know ASAP that you're not going to make your appointment!

Steep Penalty
Demand for AMC's on-time service is high. Our patients have better access to healthcare, appreciation for the patient experience, and making missed appointments too costly to ignore. By scheduling your appointment, you agree to all AMC Policies.

AMC's NO-SHOW and LATE CANCELLATION policies are in effect. AVISTAmed management reserves the right to enforce all policies.

By scheduling an appointment with AMC, patients are accepting the terms and conditions of its policies. Patients are encouraged to ask questions before services are rendered.
