Traditional Family Medicine (TFM) is the medical specialty devoted to a broad range of comprehensive health care and medical services for people of all ages and genders. Family doctors are recognized as the most broadly trained doctors in all medicine covering more treatment areas. Unlike medical specialists with limited training in specific areas for specific patients, family doctors are trained to treat the entire body for their patients.

TFM commonly accepts commercial and government insurance plans, where care and services can be limited to policy terms and conditions.
